If you are new to the ICAZ system (e.g., a first-time user, prospective student, or non-member needing event access), follow these steps to create an account:

  1. Go to the Registration Page: Navigate to the ICAZ login page and click on "Create a Non-Member Account" or a similar register link.

  1. Enter Personal Information:Fill in all required fields:
    • Name: First and Last Name (Middle Name if requested).
    • Email: Use a valid address for verification.
    • Phone Number: Include the country code .
    • Address: At minimum, provide your country (City and Postal Code if required).
    • Username: This may be your email or a unique ID.

  1. Choose a Password: Must be at least 6 characters and include 2+ non-alphanumeric symbols (e.g., @, #). Example: ICAZmember#1
  2. Confirm Password: Retype your password exactly to confirm.
  3. Submit Registration: Click "Create Account" or "Register". Fix any errors if prompted.
  4. Email Verification (if applicable): Check your inbox and verify your email if prompted. This activates your account.
  5. Log in to Your New Account: Use your email/username and password to log in and access ICAZ services.

Important Notes

  • Email Already in Use: If your email is already tied to an account, use the “Forgot Password” option instead.
  • Non-Member Accounts: These are for those not yet ICAZ members (e.g., students or public event attendees). Existing members should use the credentials provided during membership activation.
  • Trouble Signing Up: Ensure all fields are filled, your password meets requirements, and correct any highlighted errors. If issues persist, contact ICAZ IT support.

Once registered, you can manage your profile, register for ICAZ events, apply for programs, or access member services. Keep your login details secure.
